I began my real estate career in the Washington, DC metropolitan area in 1981 as a real estate agent and then as a mortgage loan originator.  I was a top producer in both.  In 2002 I accepted a position at the headquarters office of the United States Marshals Service, Asset Forfeiture Division.  During my tenure I negotiated and managed the sales of more than 2000 forfeited residential and commercial properties located in the United States and Puerto Rico.  Many of these properties had a high public profile.
